Qué es Manzax y qué cubren estos términos

manzax.com es el sitio web de Manzax, un equipo de software de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ahí presentamos nuestros productos, como Manzax Consorcio, nuestro sistema para administrar consorcios, y te podés anotar para que te contactemos.

Estos términos cubren:

  • el sitio web manzax.com, y
  • Manzax Redes, una aplicación interna de Manzax que usa los Servicios de API de YouTube (YouTube API Services) para leer las métricas de nuestro canal y subir nuestros videos.

Al usar el sitio o Manzax Redes, aceptás estos términos; si no estás de acuerdo, no los uses. El sistema Manzax Consorcio no está alcanzado por estos términos.

Uso del sitio

Podés navegar el sitio, leer su contenido y compartir sus links. Al usarlo, te comprometés a no:

  • usarlo para algo ilegal o que perjudique a otras personas;
  • intentar acceder sin permiso a sistemas, cuentas o datos de Manzax, ni afectar el funcionamiento del sitio (por ejemplo, con ataques, consultas automáticas masivas o código malicioso);
  • cargar en el formulario de alta datos falsos, o datos de otra persona sin su permiso.

Lo que contamos en el sitio sobre nuestros productos (funciones y precios) es informativo y puede cambiar. Si contratás un producto de Manzax, valen las condiciones que acordemos con vos.

Manzax Redes

Manzax Redes es una herramienta interna: la usa solo el equipo de Manzax y la única cuenta conectada es la de Manzax, dueña de nuestro canal de YouTube (@manzaxlabs). No se ofrece a otras personas ni se conecta a cuentas de terceros.

Quien la usa se compromete a:

  • usarla solo para el canal de Manzax;
  • subir solo videos que Manzax tenga derecho a publicar y que cumplan los Lineamientos de la Comunidad de YouTube;
  • cuidar el acceso a la herramienta y no compartirlo fuera del equipo.

Términos de YouTube y privacidad de Google

Al usar Manzax Redes, nuestro cliente de los Servicios de API de YouTube, aceptás quedar obligado por los Términos del Servicio de YouTube.

Los datos que trata Google se rigen por la Política de Privacidad de Google. Qué datos trata Manzax Redes, para qué los usamos y cómo pedir que los borremos está en nuestra Política de privacidad.

Propiedad intelectual

Los textos, el diseño, el logo, la marca Manzax, las imágenes y los videos del sitio son de Manzax o se usan según sus licencias. Podés citarlos y compartir links al sitio, pero no copiarlos, modificarlos ni usarlos con fines comerciales sin nuestro permiso por escrito.

YouTube y Google son marcas de Google LLC.

Sin garantías y límite de responsabilidad

El sitio y Manzax Redes se ofrecen tal como están. Hacemos lo posible para que funcionen bien y la información esté al día, pero no garantizamos que estén siempre disponibles ni libres de errores.

En la medida en que lo permita la ley, Manzax no responde por daños que surjan del uso del sitio o de Manzax Redes, o de no poder usarlos. Tampoco respondemos por el contenido de los sitios de terceros a los que enlazamos (como YouTube o Google), que se rigen por sus propios términos. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te reconoce la Ley 24.240 de Defensa del Consumidor.

Cambios a estos términos

Si cambiamos estos términos, publicamos la versión nueva en esta página con su fecha de actualización. Si seguís usando el sitio o Manzax Redes después de un cambio, se aplican los términos nuevos.

What Manzax is and what these terms cover

manzax.com is the website of Manzax, a software team based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It presents our products, such as Manzax Consorcio, our software for building administrators, and lets you sign up so we can get in touch.

These terms cover:

  • the manzax.com website, and
  • Manzax Redes, an internal Manzax application that uses YouTube API Services to read our channel’s metrics and upload our videos.

By using the website or Manzax Redes, you accept these terms; if you do not agree, do not use them. The Manzax Consorcio product is not covered by these terms.

Using the website

You can browse the website, read its content and share its links. When using it, you agree not to:

  • use it for anything illegal or that harms others;
  • try to access Manzax systems, accounts or data without permission, or disrupt the website (for example, with attacks, mass automated requests or malicious code);
  • submit false details, or someone else’s details without their permission, in the sign-up form.

What we say about our products on the website (features and prices) is for information and may change. If you sign up for a Manzax product, the terms we agree with you apply.

Manzax Redes

Manzax Redes is an internal tool: only the Manzax team uses it, and the only connected account is Manzax’s own, which owns our YouTube channel (@manzaxlabs). It is not offered to anyone else and does not connect to third-party accounts.

Anyone who uses it agrees to:

  • use it only for the Manzax channel;
  • upload only videos that Manzax has the right to publish and that comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines;
  • keep access to the tool safe and not share it outside the team.

YouTube Terms and Google Privacy

By using Manzax Redes, our YouTube API Services client, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Data handled by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. What data Manzax Redes handles, what we use it for and how to ask us to delete it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo, Manzax brand, images and videos on the website belong to Manzax or are used under their licenses. You can quote them and share links to the website, but you may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The website and Manzax Redes are provided as is. We do our best to keep them working and the information up to date, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Manzax is not liable for damages arising from using the website or Manzax Redes, or from being unable to use them. Nor are we responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to (such as YouTube or Google), which are governed by their own terms. Nothing here limits your rights under Argentina’s Consumer Protection Law 24,240.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. If you keep using the website or Manzax Redes after a change, the new terms apply.
